In Ms.Cliffs class, Which is my class, we have been doing gymnastics for a while now. We've been doing all these different stretches but the most everyone is focusing on is the frog stance. It really isn't difficult, that's what I thought at first becasue I though to myself, I can't do that. Ms.Cliff said you don't need to be strong and fit to do this, You just need balance. So to do the stance, you place you hands and palms flat against a surface, I suggest you shoiuld do this somewhere where the floor is matted. Then you slowly pick up one foot, don't just pick up your foot, you have to but your knee on your elbow, That's how you stay balnced, It's just like carrying yourself. My whole class can do this, it is really easy and fun, It only took about three to five days to learn how to do this, It is a really good workout on your arms,thighs,and stomach ,so I thing you should get trying it now.
