Why is the sky blue? Honestly I really don't know. I'm predicting it's because the reflection from the grass from everywhere. The three representing colors that are around us can reflect the sky and make it look blue. So probably if we didn't have anything reflecting the sky, the sky would have been black. Like when you go outer space. There is nothing to reflect it from so it's not blue when you go outer space. On earth, there are so many things that reflect from around to make the sky look blue so that's probably why the sky looks really blue from what it does look like from outer space which is more of a blackish color.
For example, like the grass is green from what we see it looking as. When really it's everything reflecting around it. The rainbow can't reflect it's self always because water, and sun reflects it and makes it look like that. That's a big different. So probably the grasses reflection is the sun and some other thing because everytime we, or anybody looks at the grass it looks green. I'm pretty sure it is water because when we water the grass, the grass stays green. So water is maybe the grasses reflection.
When you stare hard at something doesn't it seem to turn a different color? It happens because some reflections come from your eyes and other colors surrounding you. Pretty interesting right? Light, water, colors, and anything can reflect from something and make colors or make people see what others don't see. Reflections are very difficult, yet fun and interesting to learn about. That's why the sky is blue from what I talked about throughout this whole talking about reflection process. Reflections can trick peoples mind, like the sky really might not be blue, it's really black, but from the things surrounding in earth reflection, reflected the skies color and made the sky look blue when really it's black.

Plant fossils are mostly found in Antartic. Why? Honestly there's no reason to it, but I'm guessing it's because there was probably a better climate over there than what it is today. Antartica now, is cold and freezing, back then I think it was warmer, that's why most plants were mostly located there. How do I know this? Like I said, there was a lot of plant fossils found in Antartica, and that's probably why. Plant fossils wouldn't have been found in Antartica if it were a colder freezing climate, instead probably back then it was warmer.
Plant fossils are mostly the number one kinds of fossils that can tell a scientist how the earth was like back then. They express a lot of detail to show what part of the earth was a colder climate and a hotter climate. Trust me fossils can tell, and explain a lot.
It is important to know that plant fossils were found in Antartica, so that scientist can determined how plants can live there. It is impossible for a plant to live in Antartica, a cold freezing climate. So now they can estimate how earth was back then.

So in my fifth and sixth period which is science, and computers, I'm doing a project which is the Zoo Project. At Computech we do this every year. The purpose of this is that when we go take a trip to the Chaffee Zoo, All of us seventh graders that are going have an animal that they are assigned too, and we have to study and write about them. For example, everyone in groups of four are assigned to one animal and they go get information about them at the zoo. Like me, and my group we got assigned to find information about a Alpaca which is somewhat related to a Llama.
In my project about the Alpaca, I learned alot of stuff about them. I learned that the female Alpacas hum to attract the Male Alpacas when trying to mate. I know That The male Alpacas fight to make them look stronger so that the female Alpacas would be attracted to them. Both female and male Alpacas spit or scream when theya re terrified. The thing you should know about the Male Alpacas, is that they are very very protective. If you ever get near his Female Alpaca or his little babies, he will attack. They will thrust their head into your ribcage, their heads are as hard as a rock, they have little bumps on their heads which are similiar to the Giraffes head. But anyways they would also spit on a person to show that they are being disliked, or if they want that person to go away.
Alpacas are extremely rare, well some of them. The ones that are rare are the ones that have really nice fur. Which means that the fur will never get tangled and is just smoothly flat. Those are the Alpacas that would get slaughtered for their fur which is e

The greatest Scientific study was the DNA discovery, well I think so in my opinion. Why? Why do I choose that? Well, I choose it because without discovering the DNA, we wouldn't know how are reflexes work in the human body. With knowing how the DNA Works, it took hard work and great effort to do that. When the people that discovered DNA, it took a life time, how? Because it took someones whole life to figure out how it works, and another person t work on what the other person left from their work with the DNA. A lot of people tried to discover how DNA work, they did figure it out, but then It took many other scientist to figure out exactly, what DNA was, and how it looked.
First of all, someone had to work on pea plants to figure out how the DNA worked. The pea plant carried lots of DNA's, and many people didn't exactly know why, but then they actually realized how it actually worked, the reproduced their own species doing it by their selves, they carry off the DNA, and other particles.
And another guy, scientist used animals like cows, or whatever to show how the reproduce and send off their DNA. Even humans spread DNA because when fathers and mothers reproduce, they spread off offsprings, and with that there are tiny particles which were actually the DNA. They have a genotype from the mother and same for the mother.
That is how the DNA process works, it's actually some things from the mom and some from the dad which come together and create one which is another human life.
